A Taste of Italy in the Caribbean: Covarellis Pizzeria was founded by Deborah Covarelli, and her brother, himself a pizza master of 23 years experience; an Italian native with a passion for authentic Italian cuisine.
After moving to Puerto Plata, they noticed a lack of true Italian flavors in the local dining scene. Driven by his love for pizza and dedication to quality, they embarked on a mission to bring a slice of Italy to the shores of the Dominican Republic.
